• Range at Local Authority level is from 3.4% (Richmondshire) to 14.2% (Newham)

Aged under 1: 1991 – ignored

2001 – imputed

Those of no fixed address: can account for a large proportion of all migrants. However, it is unclear from definitions volumes who might be included in this category, and the population could be quite diverse.
