Distances travelled by people commuting to City of London, from different residential OA types. Some of this is inevitable – there isn’t much countryside very close to the City.
But: standard interaction theory would state that large flows come from nearby, and smaller flows from further away – note that Prospering suburbs has a larger absolute flow over a longer distance than eg Blue Collar or Typical Traits.
